We understand that the hardest part for most people is to have someone hold them accountable to their goals, and to support them throughout the process. As such, we have a 2-step check-in process. Each week you’ll fill-in a detailed online check-in that goes straight to your coach to tell us about your week. PLUS, you’ll also then have a face-to-face check-in either weekly or fortnightly to deep-dive into your results. We use this data and our conversations to make any adjustments you need so that each week is better than the last.

This includes guides on tracking, eating out, meal prep & more so you can feel ready to navigate any situations that come your way. SETUP & ONBOARDING


Fill-in our application form, and once you’ve been approved you’ll be assigned to one of our coaches and sent our detailed signup form. This collects all of the information needed to create your personal plan and get you setup in our app. From here you’ll receive an email with your next steps.

BOOK-IN & GET STARTED


Once you’re setup in the app, your first step is to book your first face-to-face check-in. This can be booked through our app using your own personal link, and you can schedule either an in-person session or Zoom call. Once you’re booked in, it’s time to get familiar with your personal plan, read through our resources and get started tracking your nutrition.

STAY ACCOUNTABLE


Check-in regularly with your individual coach via our app and in-person. They will completely customise the journey for you in a way that suits your lifestyle. This may include setting you daily habits to track in our app, allocating you homework based on your feedback or adjusting your targets. They’re in your corner every step of the way ensuring your success.

EASY TO FOLLOW NUTRITION TARGETS

Right on your dashboard you’ll be able to see the nutrition targets that your coach has allocated you. Depending on your goals and preferences, this may include targets for all the macros — or your coach might decide to have you focus purely on calories and protein to begin with.

All of this portion of your dashboard is customised by your coach to match your lifestyle.


DETAILED CHECK-INS & DATA SYNCING

Each week you’ll be prompted to complete your check-in form via the app. This includes detailed questions about your nutrition, habits, measurements, photos and more. PLUS, our app integrates with a range of software such as MyFitnessPal, Apple Health, Google Health, FitBit, Whoop, Oura and more to automatically sync your data across - saving you time and improving our ability to coach you.

You’ll receive detailed feedback for each of your check-ins in addition to your face-to-face sessions with your coach. Plus, you can easily see and track all of the progress you’ve made right within the app.


HABIT COACHING MADE SIMPLE.

You’ll have the ability to track habits that are specifically designed to improve your individual health and help you reach your goals. During your time together your coach will load in your own personal habit goals, and allow you to check-in daily with how they’re going to keep you on track.

Along with having your coach by your side throughout the entire process, you’ll also have easy access to our resources library. This contains a whole range of documents, videos and more that tackle some of the most common questions we get asked as coaches.
