Lasting Change is the most comprehensive program we offer.The minimum commitment is 12 months because real, sustainable change takes time.
This is a coaching relationship built on data, personalisation, and consistent support.
The core focus is on behavioural change to achieve sustainable lifestyle improvement.

We focus on nutrition, exercise and movement, sleep, energy, stress, mindset, emotional regulation and resistence, self compassion, lifestyle behavours, habits, routines, values, environment, navigating relartionships, boundary setting, navigating social situations and creating lasting change.

Coaching includes a weekly check-in for progress, accountability and support.

Regular monthly one-on-one sessions are conduced at the Studio for a scan, review your progress, reassess what is working, and adjust accordingly.

This program suits anyone who wants a true partner in their health journey. We build a clear, realistic path forward and we stay alongside and support you as you walk it.

Coaching spots are limited by design. A smaller client load means more focused attention, better outcomes, and a genuinely personalised experience.

Coaching is not counselling, medical advice or diagnosis, nor clinical nutrition. It operates within a defined scope of practice, meaning there are boundaries around what can be assessed, advised on, and supported. Anyone presenting with a diagnosed eating disorder, medically complex condition, acute mental health concern, or any need that extends beyond general lifestyle and behaviour change will be referred to the appropriate allied health professional to ensure they receive the right level of care.
